Problem confronting secondary school in Nigeria.

Among many problems confronting secondary education in Nigeria, to me here are some of them:
1. Unstable Staff: As for teaching staff in Nigeria primary and secondary school today, the problem is no longer that of unavailability, but that of instability. Ghost and inexperienced teachers covers the whole land.
2.Inadequate Classroom Accommodation: the classrooms are usually overcrowded, with up to sixty or more students receiving instructions in classroom designed for only thirty or, forty students. My primary class still In my memory.
3. Poorly Equipped Libraries, Laboratories And Subject Rooms : the truth is that a major of Nigerian secondary schools today lack these essential facilities. If you are science student don't expect to know 1 of first 20 elements. I saw compuer only in my principals office.
4. Poverty and fall in Standard: many parents can't afford to fulfill to provide necessary learning materials to their children.
5. Inadequate Research Development: there are quite little institutions to improve in areas of science and technology.
5. Lack of government corcerns toward achieving dreams goals in the areas of Education, that will effectively help for the betterment system of education in Nigeria .

Power outage in Edo will soon be over, BEDC

Management of the BEDC Electricity Plc in charge of Edo, Delta, Ekiti and Ondo states has said that the power outage currently being experienced in parts of Benin City and environs would soon be a thing of the past. It said that the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has made commitment to procure two 60mva transformers to replace the faulty  ones that plunged the state into darkness. Spokesman for the BEDC, Adekunle Tayo, told newsmen on Wednesday that the firm has put measures in place to ensure power is restored to affected areas before the two procured 60mva transformers are installed. Tayo said the new lines being installed at Okada in Ovia North East would soon be completed.
